Cheap and Easy

The Losmandy G11 is a great mount. It's even better with an accessory tray that gets stuff out of the way and keeps it in easy reach.

Rollover the image at left to see it on the mount. It holds a ton of gear and gets the job done.

I punch a hole in the center for the battery power wire to go through. The British Racing Green isn't my favorite color - but everything's black at 3am.

Wrap the tarp tie around the tripod leg - stick it through the grommet and slip it around the ball at the end of the tie.
